Our Goal
The primary goal of each ERMINIA store is to serve the needs of the customer with solutions designed to its measures and in the shortest possible time.
ERMINIA collaborators know that translation is not a simple word transfer. They know that each text is a separate task and has different requirements. The translator must be fluent in both working languages (original document language - translation language), be familiar with the terminology and type of document and understand the messages of the original text in order to be able to render them properly in the other language. .
The 410 partners of the Network can cover all language combinations and all areas of translation and interpretation. At the same time, as there is the possibility of supporting the respective work from all the resources of the network, all the services can be delivered in the fastest times of the market, but without losing quality.
All members of our Network belong to professional associations of certified translators and so any work can be delivered validated.

ABOUT ERMINIA
The company was founded in Trikala in March 1999 by Penny Karanassiou. Penny holds a PhD in Commercial Interpreting from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland Heriot-Watt University . She also holds a Master's Degree in Bilingual Translation from the University of Westminster in London. She is a member of many professional and research associations of translation and interpretation and teaches at distinguished Universities in the United Kingdom.
The first store was named 'Translation Center' and was the first to provide translation and interpretation services in the city of Trikala.
The Translation Center was renamed to 'Network of Translation Centers ERMINIA', in 2003 , where it started operating as a franchise company. The INTERPRETATION Network currently lists 14 stores throughout Greece and employs 410 freelance partners , who can cover all language combinations of translation and interpretation. ERMINIA collaborators are professional translators - linguists and know perfectly well the linguistic combination of translation they undertake.
The structure of the Interpretation is based on European operating standards and uses state-of-the-art technologies for optimal cost-benefit and profitability.
